We are probably the only visitor guide around that knows
the true meaning of advertising because we are advertisers
ourselves. While we depend on the successful production
and circulation of this magazine to perpetuate our coffee
mail order business we also take a lot of pride in the
publishing of a guide that both entertains and educates
our island visitors. Focused on promoting the Big Island
as a premier vacation destination we also try to sustain
the true meaning of a Hawaii with stories that span
cultural, historical and environmental themes.

In addition to display advertisements
all businesses will be included in a regional write-up
and given consideration for photo spots throughout the
magazine. Calendar events are free as well. To take
advantage of these added features you must submit your
material at time of ad placement.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

All advertisements are designed to your specifications
by Coffee Times free of charge.
|

|
Advertisements not designed by Coffee Times must
be submitted in EPS or Aldus Pagemaker
6.0 formats. Camera ready advertisements without
half tones are also accepted. Digital files must
be submitted Mac-formatted via email, on
a Floppy, Zip 100, or Jaz 1GB
disk. Linescreens: 133 lpi. or default.

An agency discount of 15% will be awarded
for advertisement submissions.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

All advertisement fees are due by deadline dates
posted above.

New Advertisers: 50% of fee is due before
advertisement design begins. No exceptions.
